This special fund continues to be used for small but meaningful purchases for community members who ask or are referred to us. The process is informal, trust-based, and purposely low on red tape and bureaucracy. We have purchased car batteries and grocery cards, filled propane tanks, and covered the cost of electric hook ups. Our fund is small, but we are delighted to be able to answer needs directly and simply as much as possible.
