Shut Up and Write

At a Shut Up and Write meeting, participants do exactly that: write, quietly, in the company of others. It's a great way to schedule time working on any type of writing project you want. Jotting memories for a memoir,  outlining a Science Fiction novel, or even putting the final touches to the literary masterpiece that will advance mankind-  It doesn't matter what genre or where you are in the process, you can bring it to Shut Up and Write. If you want to state your intention at the beginning of the meeting, you can. There's 10-15 minutes of chit chat, and then an hour of silently working. No critique, no judgment.   (Yes coffee and yes muffins, though!)
